Technical Parameters Of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

1. Frequency
Frequency ≥ 20KHz, can be divided into three sections: low frequency, medium frequency, and high frequency.

2. Cleaning medium
Using ultrasonic cleaning, there are generally two types of cleaning agents: chemical solvents, water-based cleaning agents, etc. The chemical effect of the cleaning medium can also accelerate the ultrasonic cleaning effect. Ultrasonic cleaning is a physical effect. The two functions are combined to perform in-depth and thorough cleaning of the items.

3. Power density
Power density = emission power (W)/emission area (cm2) is generally ≥ 0.3W/cm2. The greater the power density of the ultrasonic wave, the higher the cavitation effect, the faster the speed, and the better the cleaning effect. However, for precise and highly smooth items, long-term high-power density cleaning will cause "cavitation" corrosion on the surface of the items.

4. Ultrasonic frequency
The lower the ultrasonic frequency, the easier it is to produce cavitation in the liquid process, the less force is produced, and the higher the function is. It is mainly used for the initial cleaning of workpieces (rough and dirty). The higher the frequency, the stronger the ultrasonic directionality, which is mainly used for delicate item cleaning.

5. Cleaning temperature
Under normal circumstances, the cavitation effect of ultrasound is best at 30℃-40℃. The higher the temperature of the cleaning agent, the more obvious the effect. Generally, when ultrasound is actually used, the working temperature is 50℃-70℃.
